Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud PWA / SFRA Developer to design and build front-end components for headless storefronts, consuming SCAPI/commerce APIs and integrating with CMS, search and personalization services.

You will collaborate in an Agile team, implement checkout experiences, ensure performance and accessibility, and contribute to code reviews, testing and documentation across multi-brand projects.

Qualifications

• Experience consuming Salesforce SCAPI/commerce APIs or comparable headless APIs.
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience integrating with CMS, search and personalization services.
• Proficient with version control and CI/CD tooling.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and build React-based (or equivalent) composable storefront components consuming SCAPI/commerce APIs.
• Implement checkout, PLP/PDP, personalization and search experiences per user stories.
• Integrate storefront with CMS platforms (e.g., Coremedia), search providers (e.g., Algolia), PSPs and analytics.
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests and support WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide backlog effort estimates.
• Collaborate with design to deliver accessible, pixel-accurate interfaces.
• Support code reviews, deployments and front-end performance monitoring (Core Web Vitals).
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to L3 incidents and bug fixes when allocated.

Develops front-end components and services for the Maison's composable/headless PWA storefront(s), consuming SCAPI/commerce APIs and integrating with CMS, search, personalization and payment providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build React-based (or equivalent) composable storefront components consuming SCAPI/commerce APIs
• Implement checkout, PLP/PDP, personalization and search experiences per approved user stories and design specifications
• Integrate the storefront with CMS platforms (e.g. Coremedia), search providers (e.g. Algolia), PSPs and analytics tools
• Write unit/integration/end-to-end tests and support performance and accessibility (WCAG) compliance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide effort estimates for backlog items
• Collaborate with design stakeholders to implement pixel-accurate, accessible and performant interfaces
• Support code reviews, deployments and monitoring of front-end performance (Core Web Vitals)
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for delivered work
• Where allocated (typically C3 grade), contribute a share of time to L3-level incident root-cause analysis and bug fixes

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience consuming Salesforce SCAPI/commerce APIs or comparable headless commerce APIs
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
• Experience integrating with CMS, search and personalization services
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Coremedia or other headless CMS platforms
• Experience in retail or luxury goods eCommerce environments
