Job summary

Valtech Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build and unit-test custom SFDC solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You’ll implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations with ERP/CRM systems, working autonomously on evolving projects.

You should be fluent in English, comfortable in Agile environments, and capable of delivering high‑quality code with tests and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder and security/sharing model.
• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs with integration middleware.
• Understanding Sales/Service/Experience Cloud data models and functionality.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Good English, able to document clearly and write unit tests.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP) and governor limits.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC and Flows.
• Build integrations between Salesforce Core and ERP/CRM systems via middleware.
• Implement declarative configuration alongside custom code where needed.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests and support security scanning remediation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide backlog estimates.
• Support code reviews, deployments (Azure DevOps/CI-CD) and sandbox refreshes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for delivered work.

The Role

Designs, builds and unit-tests custom Salesforce Core (SFDC) solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations) to deliver the Maison's roadmap of evolutions and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (clienteling, case management, OMS, B2B/B2C portals). Senior Developers are expected to work autonomously on full evolutions/projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Lightning Web Components and Flows to implement approved user stories
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Core and adjacent systems (ERP, POS, PIM/DAM, payment providers) via the middleware layer
• Implement declarative configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, sharing rules) alongside custom code where required
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests to meet code coverage and quality standards, and support static-analysis/security scanning remediation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review/demo) and provide effort estimates for backlog items
• Support code reviews, deployment activities (via Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines) and sandbox refresh cycles
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (comments, README, technical specifications) for delivered work
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality

Required Skills And Experience

• Solid hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder and the Salesforce security/sharing model
• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi or similar)
• Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud data models and standard functionality
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Good understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP) and Salesforce governor limits
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and unit tests
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
• Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification
• Experience with Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud (SFoA) or other China-specific Salesforce deployments
• Experience in retail, luxury goods or omnichannel CRM environments
