Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing FSL solutions to streamline and enhance our field service operations. This role requires deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly FSL, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning based on business requirements.
Customize FSL components such as work orders, service appointments, service territories, and scheduling policies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.
Develop Apex classes, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows to extend FSL functionality.
Configure dispatcher console, mobile settings, and optimization rules.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 2-3 years focused on Field Service Lightning.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects) and customization (Apex, LWC).
Experience with FSL features such as mobile app, dispatcher console, service appointments, and crews.
Understanding of service operations, field workforce management, and scheduling optimization.
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with industries such as utilities, telecom, or healthcare.
Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
