Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define Salesforce Strategy and Architecture: Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the Salesforce platform that aligns with the organization's business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead Salesforce Implementations: Oversee the technical architecture for Salesforce projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.

- Cross-Platform Integration: Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and internal systems such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and customer service platforms using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and developers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects align with business goals.

- Governance and Standards: Establish governance frameworks, architecture guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce development, including data management and security protocols.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and automation to improve sales, service, and customer experience processes.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with Salesforce and other technology vendors to leverage product capabilities and manage system upgrades.

- Mentor and Lead Teams: Provide leadership and mentoring to technical and business teams, guiding them on Salesforce platform usage and development best practices.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect role.

- Expertise: Strong expertise in Salesforce Communities and Experience Clouds.

- Integration Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, and Salesforce APIs.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments.

- DevOps and CI/CD: Demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Tools and Technologies:

- DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

- Integration tools (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)

- Agile project management tools

Plusses:

- CRM Analytics or Data Cloud experience.

- Experience with data architecture, security, and governance frameworks for Salesforce platforms.

- Salesforce Architect certifications.
