Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Sound testing experience on Salesforce.com using the Force.com platform and a good understanding of CRM, sales lifecycle, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, integration testing, retesting, regression testing, sanity testing, Salesforce configuration, bulk testing, and basic Salesforce development including sales cloud and service cloud.
• Created custom fields and page layouts.
• Prepared test cases and test documentation.
• Performed system testing, integration testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, bulk testing, and API testing.
• User training.

Qualifications and Education:

• BE in IT, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
