Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery within insurance.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, document business requirements, develop user stories, and support testing, change management, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
