Job summary

Ascendion in Pune is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

You'll analyze complex processes, data systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, with hands-on use of Power BI, Tableau, and SQL in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL; familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
