Job summary

Simpliigence is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering across multiple Salesforce orgs, own deliverables in a lead capacity, and drive end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients.

The role is remote with immediate joiner preferred, requiring hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to translate business needs into BRDs, FSDs, and design decisions.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 812 years of dedicated Salesforce experience.The ideal candidate has worked across multiple Salesforce orgs and implementations, owned deliverables independently in a Senior/lead capacity, and has hands‑on experience supporting mid‑to‑large enterprise clients or complex, multi‑department Salesforce orgs across the full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering,Lead discovery workshops directly with business stakeholders.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements independently.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) Design,Contribute to solution design decisions through fit-gap analysis against Salesforce out-of-the-box capability.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FSDs), process flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with architects on target-state design — beyond simply handing off requirements.

Development Support

• Act as the functional bridge between business and development during build.
• Review developer/admin configuration against documented requirements.
• Clarify business logic and edge cases for the build team

Deployment

• Support release planning and change management activities
• Coordinate UAT cycles, manage defect triage, and drive sign-off
• Support deployment/cutover planning, including sandbox-to-production promotion, release notes, and go-live checklists

Support

• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, triaging production issues
• Distinguish configuration defects from new/enhancement requirements
• Manage the enhancement backlog and provide steady-state support and maintenance
