Job summary

InspireXT in Pune is seeking a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst (2–4 years) to bridge business needs and Salesforce solutions, ensuring value, user satisfaction, and smooth deployments.

You will translate requirements into detailed user stories and test plans, work with admins, developers, and architects, and support agile delivery, UAT, documentation, and user adoption in a fast-growing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or CRM-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities: objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional docs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).

Responsibilities

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. Requirements
