As a Salesforce Business Analyst- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement workstreams within our Salesforce practice. You will leverage your skills in Salesforce consulting to deliver impactful solutions that enhance client service excellence. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

• Leading Salesforce consulting projects and managing client relationships effectively
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives
• Utilizing technical proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning to enhance client solutions
• Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address Salesforce integration challenges
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Salesforce consulting teams
• Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for optimizing Salesforce utilization and improving business performance
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in Salesforce consulting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives.
• Document and analyze business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Functional Consulting:
• Act as a trusted advisor for Sales and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Provide expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Design and propose scalable, future‑ready Salesforce configurations.
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role‑relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process modeling
• Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
• Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
