Job summary

InspireXT in Pune is seeking a proactive Salesforce Business Analyst (2–4 years) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into Salesforce solutions that deliver value and user satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, support UAT, and maintain detailed documentation while collaborating with admins, developers, and architects to ensure timely delivery and success of deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a CRM-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 2 – 4 years of hands‑on experience to join our dynamic team.
