Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design for large-scale implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
• Design and implement scalable data models, security models, and governance frameworks.
• Review and guide development activities to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver optimal solutions.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and AppExchange products for potential adoption.
• Drive code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment strategies in multi-org or complex environments.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor Salesforce development teams.

Required Skills And Experience

• 12+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform design, multi-cloud integrations, and large enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of security, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or Git.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
