The role requires strong Salesforce development fundamentals with hands-on exposure to Agentforce capabilities, integration skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Exposure to Agentforce implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
• Build agent workflows, prompts, and orchestration logic.
• Develop supporting Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand agent use cases.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data and external systems.
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design activities.
• Follow Agentforce implementation standards and best practices.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and validation of agent solutions.
• Support defect resolution and optimization activities.
• Document agent configurations and technical flows.
• Continuously learn new Agentforce features and AI capabilities.
