Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting for a Salesforce AI-focused developer in Hyderabad. You will design, build, and deploy Agentforce solutions, and configure Service Cloud for AI-powered case management and self-service experiences.

You will integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, and Data Cloud, while ensuring secure AI experiences via the Trust Layer. The role requires hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, and API work and collaboration with architects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and the Salesforce Trust Layer.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions.

• Build AI agents using Agentforce, including prompts, topics, actions, orchestration, and conversational workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Configure Salesforce Trust Layer, security controls, and data grounding to ensure secure and responsible AI experiences.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Partner with solution architects and client stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution planning.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production optimization.
• Champion Salesforce best practices while contributing to reusable assets and delivery standards across client engagements.

• Experience delivering enterprise CRM modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
