Job summary

Mastercam is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join the Digital Enablement team in Pune. You will resolve support cases, manage user access, roles, profiles and permission sets within Salesforce, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth adoption of new features.

The ideal candidate holds a Computer Science or related degree, ADM-201 certification, and 1–3 years of Salesforce experience with Service Cloud and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with focus on case management and resolution.
• Experience using Service Cloud - managing cases and troubleshooting reported issues.
• Proficiency in managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce.
• Strong experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as tier one support for Digital Enablement managing, resolving, and escalating cases within Salesforce.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support users while promoting adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices; recommend enhancements.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for team knowledge-sharing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Salesforce System Administrator is a key member of the Digital Enablement team, responsible for resolving support cases assigned to Digital Enablement. This role also ensures efficient system administration, including user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets. The position requires expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools, ensuring proper system access and timely resolution of support cases.

How You’ll Drive Success

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to Digital Enablement team.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing and compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.
