Job summary

Movate Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the Business Applications Engineering team. You will administer and configure Salesforce and related apps, collaborating with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions for end users.

Responsibilities include implementing business requirements, deploying updates in line with IT controls, automating processes, and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business Operations, Computer Science, Information Services or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years experience in design, testing, implementation, and documentation of Salesforce configuration changes
• Hands-on experience supporting Marketing Operations teams, including lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, segmentation, and marketing attribution in Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms preferred
• Ability to partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and business stakeholders to translate campaign, lead routing, scoring, and reporting needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, integrations, and reporting requirements that support demand generation and go-to-market processes
• Expert level knowledge in Salesforce Flow required
• Expert level knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Comfortable working with approval processes, flows, lightning components, validation rules and, amongst others.
• Ability to identify technical debt and process improvements
• Energetic, self-motivated candidate with high productivity, creative problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
