Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking a travel consultant to design itineraries, handle bookings, and advise clients on optimal travel options. You will work with clients to tailor trips that meet budgets and preferences while ensuring smooth logistics.

This in-office role involves coordinating accommodations, transportation, and activities, staying updated on regulations, and providing post-booking support with changes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a travel consultant or in a customer-facing role.
• Familiar with travel booking systems and processes.
• Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma; tourism/hospitality degree preferred.
• IATA/ASTA certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Kannada and English; Hindi is optional.
• Any degree in Marketing or Travel and Tourism.
