Job summary

Kores is seeking a capable Operations & Sales Coordination professional in Thane, Maharashtra. The role involves coordinating between Sales, Finance, GeM, Operations, Billing, and Logistics to ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles and timely deliveries.

The candidate will manage payment follow-ups, bid documentation, production schedules, and MIS reporting while maintaining accurate records and ensuring cross-team alignment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with Sales Team for outstanding payments and collections.
• Maintain and update payment status records.
• Share regular updates with the Finance Team for reconciliation.
• Assist in sales target tracking and updating in coordination with Finance.
• Prepare and manage GeM bid documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for required inputs.
• Ensure timely submission and communication with respective business teams.
• Follow up with the Operations Team regarding material readiness.
• Follow production schedules.
• Ensure alignment between order timelines and manufacturing status.
• Process Sales orders and assist in invoice generation.
• Track and update order-to-invoice lifecycle.
• Follow up with Logistics Team for timely dispatch.
• Track shipment status and updates.
• Ensure dispatch aligns with delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of Sales orders, payments, dispatch and billing status.
• Handle day-to-day documentation and reporting tasks.
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Finance Coordination

• Follow up with Sales Team for outstanding payments and collections
• Maintain and update payment status records
• Share regular updates with the Finance Team for reconciliation

2. GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Support

• Prepare and manage GeM bid documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for required inputs
• Ensure timely submission and communication with respective business teams

3. Operations & Production Coordination

• Follow up with the Operations Team regarding:
• Material readiness
• Production schedules
• Ensure alignment between order timelines and manufacturing status

4. Commercial & Billing Coordination

Coordinate with Commercial and Billing teams for:

• Sales order processing
• Invoice generation
• Billing completion status
• Track and update order-to-invoice lifecycle

5. Logistics Coordination

• Follow up with Logistics Team for:
• Timely dispatch of materials
• Shipment tracking and updates
• Ensure dispatch aligns with committed delivery timelines

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of:
• Sales orders
• Payment follow-ups
• Dispatch and billing status
• Handle day-to-day documentation and reporting tasks
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management
