Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in handling tender processes, preparing offers, and coordinating with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and have completed any graduation. The position offers a salary of up to 5.00 LPA and involves maintaining tender records and vendor registrations.

Responsibilities

• Downloading tender documents and forwarding to Sales Team.
• Prepare offers and proposals in consultation with Sales teams.
• Check for EMD/Tender Fees and coordinate with accounts.
• Follow up for Tender Assessment Sheet from Sales Engineering.
• Download PSS & MSDS from Sharepoint, if not available raise a request.
• Send RFC to Costing after necessary details are filled.
• Coordinate with Departments for necessary documents in Tender.
• Compiling documents and uploading offers on e portals.
• Participate in online reverse auctions.
• Maintain and update records of tenders and bid outcomes.
• Download queries and coordinate timely replies with Sales.
• Vendor Registration and reviewing Purchase Orders.

Responsibilities

• Downloading tender documents from e portals & forwarding the same to Sales Team
• Prepare offers and proposals in consultation with Sales teams
• Check for EMD / Tender Fees if applicable & get the same from Accounts.
• Follow up for TAS (Tender Assessment Sheet) / RFC (Request for Costing) from Sales Engg.
• Download PSS & MSDS from Sharepoint. If not available raise request / speak to Sales person and get the same.
• Send RFC to Costing after filling all necessary details. Enter the record in Oracle.
• Coordinate with respective Departments for necessary documents requested in Tender.
• Compiling all the documents & uploading offer on e portals / thru email within the due date
• Participate in online reverse auctions
• Maintain and regularly update records of tenders, bid outcomes, EMDs, and coordinate customer follow-ups for timely EMD returns
• Query download and coordinate with Sales team for replies and ensuring timely uploading on e-portal.
• Vendor Registration
• Review Purchase orders with quotes submitted.
• Maintaining necessary records
