Job summary

BimaKavach in India is seeking a POS Operations Executive to support and streamline its POSP/channel partner ecosystem. You will manage onboarding, servicing, compliance, and operations to ensure a smooth partner experience and faster policy execution.

You will collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to maintain records, track metrics, and uphold IRDAI guidelines, with a focus on reducing turnaround times and improving partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations / POSP operations / broking support.
• Prior experience in non-motor / SME insurance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage POSP onboarding, documentation, and ensure timely activation
• Act as the first point of contact for partners, resolving queries related to issuance, endorsements, and servicing
• Work with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth and timely policy processing
• Maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and share regular reports
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvements in turnaround time and partner experience
