Job summary

BimaKavach Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a driven POS Manager to build and scale our POSP channel for SME insurance, including Liability, Property, and Financial Lines.

You will drive partner-led growth and expand distribution for business insurance solutions. You will recruit and manage POSPs and agents, train partners, assist with deal structuring, and monitor performance to ensure revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing POSPs, agents, and other distribution partners.
• Strong understanding of SME insurance products such as Liability, Property, and Financial Lines.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
• Experience in achieving premium and revenue targets through partner networks.
• Ability to support partners with product training, deal structuring, and closure assistance.
• Good understanding of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to track partner performance, activation, and persistency metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

This role is critical in driving partner-led SME business growth, managing existing relationships, and expanding the distribution network for business insurance solutions.
