Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in sales/coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make calling to customers for sales and service follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with daily coordination and follow-ups.
• Support the service team with customer calls and service follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & service reports.
• Analyze sales and service reports and share updates with management.
• Track pending calls, customer inquiries, sales leads, and service requests.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for pending activities.
• Prepare MIS reports as required.
• Provide regular updates on sales and service performance.
• Handle other coordination and administrative activities as required.
