Job summary

Seetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to support multi-project execution and customer coordination across India. The ideal candidate will manage project activities, coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and customers, and assist the sales team with proposals and queries.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across India. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all project activities from initiation to completion.

• Provide technical explanations of the company's energy-saving solutions to clients.
• Visit customer sites across Pan India when required.
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, solution understanding, and customer queries.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reviewing project milestones.
• Maintain CRM data, documentation and project-related records.
• Work closely with management for project planning and resource allocation.
