Youngally.in is an online shopping platform spanning fashion, lifestyle, and everyday-use categories. We seek energetic Sales Partners who can promote products and drive online or offline sales from home.

You will generate customers via your network, WhatsApp and social channels, sharing offers and links to convert interest into purchases. Ideal candidates are self-driven with strong communication skills, able to meet monthly targets, and eager to build a personal customer base.

Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary .

Commission is calculated progressively on monthly eligible sales:

Example

For monthly eligible sales of ₹3,00,000 :

The higher commission rate applies only to sales falling within the respective slab.

• This is a commission-only opportunity and does not carry a fixed monthly salary .
• Commission will be calculated on eligible net realized sales , subject to adjustment for cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Only sales successfully attributed to the respective Sales Partner will qualify for commission.
• Commission calculations will be finalized after applicable order/return reconciliation.
• Detailed sales attribution, payout cycle and operating guidelines will be communicated during onboarding.
