VIAVI Solutions is seeking a pre-sales quoting specialist in Maharashtra, India to drive purchase orders and accelerate VIAVI revenue through accurate quotes and responsive support.

You will work closely with sales and operations to ensure quotes are properly approved and orders booked, while providing ongoing guidance on pricing, product details, and system usage. The role involves assisting channel partners and direct sales, with emphasis on QuoteEdge usage and customer inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Drive help purchase orders and push new VIAVI revenue.
• Provide quoting assistance to customers, sales requests, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Operations Management to ensure orders are booked with approved quotes.
• Offer MSD and QuoteEdge training/help to sales teams.
• Stay updated on NSE product releases, notifications, and changes.
• Facilitate customer credit card transactions via PayNow links on quotes.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support with end-to-end pricing and quoting.

• Primary responsibility is to drive help purchase orders and push new VIAVI revenue.
• Provide daily, timely, quotes for customer and sales requests for Viavi products 90% of duties.
• Working closely with OM to ensure orders are booked with proper approved quotes
• Provide quoting assistance to VIAVI channel partners and direct sales.
• Provide MSD and QuoteEdge training/help to sales.
• Stay up to date with NSE product software releases, product notifications, part number changes, model discontinuation, product launches, etc.
• Facilitate customer credit card transactions via PayNow link on quote
• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales support.
• Working closely with our sales teams to provide end-to-end support with pricing and creating quotes.
• Helping sales with configurations, part numbers, use of system, quoting issues.
• Responding to customer and field inquiries related to quotes, orders, product Information.
• Qualify leads and forwarding to correct sales person
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to help position the right solution product/routing qualified opportunities to sales rep for further development.
• Answering Viavi phone line for NSE sales support (US based only)
• Responsible for responding to sales/customers via group email mailbox. (internally and externally)
• Quoting out of Viavi quoting tool (QuoteEdge) 90% of the job
