Job summary

RevOps Careers in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to partner with the CRO and Sales team. You will own Salesforce reporting, dashboards and data management to support day-to-day sales operations and key initiatives.

You will create and maintain SFDC reports, track pipeline and conversions, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to reviews with leadership. Strong analytics and Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including reports and dashboards.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, opportunities and CRM management.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with sales data.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track key sales metrics including pipeline, opportunities, conversions and target achievement.
• Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and up to date.

• Identify gaps in sales data and work with the team to resolve them.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Work with the Sales team on new customer acquisition projects, including lead tracking and opportunity management.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

Candidate Profile
