Viraj Profiles Private Limited in Delhi is seeking a logistics/order processing professional to manage order workflows, ensure POs are received, and coordinate dispatches using SAP. You will issue delivery orders for ready materials and prepare sales orders and confirmations for customers.

The role focuses on timely OC preparation (48–72 hours after PO receipt), cross-checking against POs, and coordinating with SAP, QC and PPC teams to resolve SAP issues, while directly handling customer

• Ensure all booked POs are received.
• Issue delivery orders for ready material.
• Prepare and send Sales Orders and order confirmations to customers.
• Ensure OC is prepared within 48-72 hours from PO receipt.
• Cross-check OC against PO.
• Make inquiries and quotations in SAP.
• Follow up for signed order confirmation.
• Update cancellations due to various reasons and close short quantity post-dispatch.
• Update SAP for returns and arrange closures.
• Release container planning after approval from account managers.
• Coordinate with SAP, QC and PPC teams for SAP issues.
• Enter quality claims in SAP.
• Make debit notes and credit notes in SAP.
• Direct communication with customers for dispatch.

Role & responsibilities

• Assure all Order Booked PO are received.
• Delivery order to be issued of the ready material
• Making Sales Order & Order confirmation sending to the customer
• Assure OC are prepared in 48-72 Hours form PO received
• Cross Check OC is prepared in accordance with PO received.
• Making Inquires & Quotation in SAP.
• Follow up for Signed Order Confirmation.
• Updating cancellation of order due to various reason & short closing to low quantity after dispatch
• If any return of vehicle due to any reason updating the same in SAP System & making all the necessary arrangement to close the issue.
• Releasing container planning after approval from Account managers.
• Co-ordination with SAP, QC and PPC team for matters relating to any Sap ISSUE.
• Entry of Quality claims in the SAP
• Making debit notes and credit notes in SAP.
• direct communication with customers for Dispatch
