OKAYA is seeking a SAP SD expert to implement and support end-to-end SAP SD processes across India locations. You will configure sales orders, delivery, billing, returns, and invoicing, manage the Order-to-Cash cycle across multiple channels, and define the SAP sales organization structure.

You will ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and FICO, collaborate with IT and business teams to enable CRM integrations, support API-based data exchange, govern customer/material/condition master data,

Responsabilités

• Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities including sales orders, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and invoicing.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle across multiple sales channels.
• Define and manage the SAP sales organization structure including sales orgs, distribution channels, and divisions.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and FICO modules for consistent master and transactional data flow.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to enable and maintain integration with third-party Sales CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Support API/interface-based real-time data exchange for sales orders, customer data, and reporting.
• Configure and manage sales return processes, credit/debit memos, and replacement flows.
• Manage data and processes related to primary and secondary sales, ensuring real-time reporting and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to implement and support channel financing processes within SAP SD.
• Govern and maintain accuracy of customer master, material master, condition master, and sales-related data.
• Act as a key user support for SD-related queries and issues across locations.
• Develop functional specifications, SOPs, training documentation, and test scripts.
• Participate in UAT, Go-Live support, and post-implementation enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Implementation & Support

• Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities including sales orders, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and invoicing.

Integration & Interfaces
