Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee to drive field sales in the assigned region. The role includes visiting dealers and retailers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring market coverage.

The ideal candidate may be a fresher or has up to 1 year of experience, with two-wheeler riding ability and good communication in English or local languages. Willingness to travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or regional language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for field sales and secondary sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure product availability and market coverage in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
