Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Sales Officer Trainee for field sales across the assigned region. Fresh graduates with BBA/B.Com/BCA are welcome, and candidates must be willing to travel extensively and ride a two-wheeler.

Strong English and regional language communication is preferred to expand dealer networks. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building dealer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the territory, with mobile reimbursement and travel allowances as provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with a university degree.
• Freshers or 0–1 year experience are eligible.
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and travel within region.

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for field sales and secondary sales activities in the assigned territory.

Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly to generate sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Ensure product availability and market coverage in the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.

Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in BBA / B.Com / BCA or any other discipline.

Freshers and candidates with 0-1 year of experience can apply.

Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field travel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or regional language.

Should be self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
