Job summary
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in Tamil Nadu seeks a sales-focused professional to drive LAP/HL/secured loan business. You will source in the assigned district, assess applicant creditworthiness, and ensure complete loan documentation.
Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Credit, Legal and Technical teams will be essential to smooth loan processing and disbursement. You will also handle collections and follow up on mandated processes, aiming to meet monthly loan and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in LAP / HL / Secured loan product with Banks or NBFCs is added advantage.

- Evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants to determine the loan eligibility
- Ensuring complete documentation of loan applications
- Collaborating with internal departments (Operations, Credit, Legal and Technical) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Taking care of collection of ED and QM cases / Follow up on E-Nach Mandate
- Achieving monthly targets which may include loan disbursement volumes and revenue goals
- Ensure adherence to all processes, compliance & policies.
