The role supports business growth and customer experience improvement. The position requires 2-9+ years of relevant sales experience, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and English as mandatory language, with regional language knowledge

Experience Criteria

• ASO (Assistant Sales Officer): 2-4 Years
• SO (Sales Officer): 4-7 Years
• SSO (Senior Sales Officer): 8-9+ Years

• Diploma/Bachelors or Any degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-9+ years of relevant sales experience (experience band as per role level).
• Strong knowledge of dealer management and field sales operations.
• Ability to analyse data and convert insights into action.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
