Himalaya Wellness Company is seeking a Sales Officer to drive FMCG and personal care sales across the assigned territory in India. The role emphasizes building distributor networks, improving shelf visibility, and achieving growth targets with strong execution and analytical capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have 4–11 years of FMCG sales experience, be adept at data-driven decision making, and maintain excellent relationships with retailers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Good geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Ensure timely collection and adherence to company credit policies.
• Track and improve product availability and shelf visibility.
• Execute new product launches effectively in the territory.
