Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector, preferably banking or microfinance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
• Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions for individual and business clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
