This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, ensuring alignment with AU Small Finance Bank's product offerings and compliance standards.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, to closure and post-sale support.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, proactively addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making by senior management.
Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest banking products, industry trends, and compliance regulations.
Represent AU Small Finance Bank at industry events, networking sessions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
