Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking professionals to drive acquisition of new CA customers in targeted segments and to facilitate onboarding and activation on the bank's direct channels. The role emphasizes adherence to KYC norms and regulatory guidelines.

The incumbent will collaborate with BRL/ BBL teams, map catchments, and track performance against monthly acquisition targets, ensuring high-quality sourcing and customer onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• To introduce and acquire new CA customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment.
• To ensure sourcing of quality current accounts in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix.
• To provide initial customer handholding and M+1 activation with right advisory on products and documentation, and assist in onboarding within TAT.
• To ensure proactive registration and activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels.
• To map catchments and support BRL/ BBL with feedback on opportunities, customer needs and competition benchmarking.
• To meet and exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets by analyzing transaction banking needs of customers.
• To adhere to selling norms and banking regulations, as well as organization guidelines.

• To introduce & acquirenew CA customer in the identified segment and reference generation fromthe specified catchment


• To ensure sourcing of qualitycurrent accounts – in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix


• To ensure initial customerhandholding & M+1 activation (Right advise to customer for product anddocumentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branchservice RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up forrepeat funding and use of account for business transactions)


• To ensure proactiveregistration & activation of acquired customers to direct bankingchannels


• To assist the BusinessRelationship Leader in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provideregular feedback to BRL / BBL on opportunities / customer needs / competitionbenchmarking


• To meet & exceed thedefined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzingtransaction banking needs of the customers


• To abide strictly with theselling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines byinternal & external regulators


• To ensure quality sourcing inline with the Banks policy


• To Adhere to sales process& KYC Norms of the bank
