Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Karnataka, India invites an on-ground relationship executive to identify and acquire new CA customers, map potential segments, and drive cross-sell opportunities within a fast-growing banking vertical.

You will guide customers through onboarding, explain product benefits, and collaborate with BRL/BBL to optimize the customer journey while ensuring KYC norms and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

• To introduce & acquirenew CA customer in the identified segment and reference generation fromthe specified catchment
• To ensure sourcing of qualitycurrent accounts – in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix
• To ensure initial customerhandholding & M+1 activation (Right advise to customer for product anddocumentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branchservice RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up forrepeat funding and use of account for business transactions)
• To ensure proactiveregistration & activation of acquired customers to direct bankingchannels
• To assist the BusinessRelationship Leader in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provideregular feedback to BRL / BBL on opportunities / customer needs / competitionbenchmarking
• To meet & exceed thedefined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzingtransaction banking needs of the customers
• To abide strictly with theselling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines byinternal & external regulators
• To ensure quality sourcing inline with the Banks policy
• To Adhere to sales process& KYC Norms of the bank
