Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Ambattur, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an Acquisition Executive to identify and onboard CA customers, drive reference generation, and ensure quality current accounts with proper product mix. You will facilitate onboarding and activation, aligning with KYC norms and bank policies.

You will also assist in catchment mapping and provide regular feedback to BRL/BBL, while aiming to meet monthly acquisition targets and uphold regulatory selling norms.

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring customers in financial services or banking products.
• Understanding of sales processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to explain products and documentation with accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CA customers in the identified segment and generate references.
• Source quality current accounts with appropriate product mix and segmentation.
• Provide onboarding support and activation (opening accounts within TAT, explain branch RM processes).
• Register and activate acquired customers to direct banking channels.
• Assist BRL/BBL with catchment mapping and feedback on opportunities and competition.
• Meet and exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets by analyzing transaction banking needs.
• Adhere to selling norms and regulatory guidelines while maintaining bank policy alignment.

• To introduce & acquirenew CA customer in the identified segment and reference generation fromthe specified catchment
• To ensure sourcing of qualitycurrent accounts - in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix
• To ensure initial customerhandholding & M+1 activation (Right advise to customer for product anddocumentation, opening a/c within TAT, familiarize customers with branchservice RM and processes, monitor welcome kit delivery and follow up forrepeat funding and use of account for business transactions)
• To ensure proactiveregistration & activation of acquired customers to direct bankingchannels
• To assist the BusinessRelationship Leader in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provideregular feedback to BRL / BBL on opportunities / customer needs / competitionbenchmarking
• To meet & exceed thedefined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzingtransaction banking needs of the customers
• To abide strictly with theselling norms defined by the organization and adherence to guidelines byinternal & external regulators
• To ensure quality sourcing inline with the Banks policy
• To Adhere to sales process& KYC Norms of the bank
