Job summary

Jyothy Labs is seeking a field sales professional to drive secondary sales growth in Sirsa market. You will ensure distribution across OFO and wholesale outlets, and secure availability of all brands and SKUs at outlets in your market.

The role requires driving sales value, achieving PJP targets, and regularly coaching MIA/TMIA. Proficiency with SFA is mandatory and local market focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years work experience in FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales value achievement and target attainment for day/month.
• Achieve secondary sales volume targets for day and month.
• Coverage of OFO and whole sale outlets in the market.
• Ensure products/brands and SKUs are available at all outlets in the market.
• Achieve minimum 95% PJP compliance.
• Ensure new beats are captured and covered in SFA system.
• Usage of SFA is mandatory.
• Coach MIA/TMIA once a week to push sales.
