Job summary

DS Group is seeking a field sales professional to drive the complete product portfolio across Budge Budge, Bauria, Sankrail and Laketown in West Bengal.

You will implement promotions, launches, and dealer networks, ensure payments, coverage of outlets, and timely MIS reporting to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to manage dealer networks and distribution channels.
• Strong field sales skills and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the complete product portfolio in the designated territory.
• Execute promotional activities per company policy.
• Spearhead launches and relaunches to grow market presence.
• Ensure timely payments and follow-ups with depots/CSA.
• Visit and cover all assigned outlets within timeframe.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Promote high-volume and high-margin SKUs to increase revenue.
• Maintain geo compliance and beat plan adherence.
• Manage territory performance and push new SKUs.
• OTP-based outlet verification and timely reporting.
• Drive secondary sales with broader outlet coverage.
• Submit MIS reports to the reporting manager.

Role & responsibilities-

• Drive sales of the complete product portfolio within the designated territory, achieving or exceeding established sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities in adherence to company policies and frameworks.
• Spearhead product launches and re-launches to establish market presence and surpass defined sales objectives.
• Secure timely payment collection with accompanying orders and ensure expeditious fulfilment through follow-up with depot/CSA.
• Develop and execute a plan to visit and cover all assigned outlets within designated timeframe.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Focus on promoting and selling high-volume and high-margin SKUs (stock keeping units) to increase overall revenue.
• Adherence to PJP/beat plan with geo compliance and tracking
• Effective territory performance and management
• Focus on selling higher-range SKUs and pushing new SKUs in the market
• OTP-based outlet verification and defined outlet facing time
• Driving secondary sales with higher secondary outlet coverage
• Submit timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports to the reporting manager.
