Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited is seeking a field sales professional to identify sourcing contacts and network for referrals. You will promote schemes across commercial and residential venues, conduct on-site events, and distribute promotional materials to expand brand presence in the local market.

You will also network with traders associations, identify construction projects, and manage transactional sales along with required documentation and fees, while analyzing trends to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification of 12th pass or higher.
• Willing to work in field sales and promotions.
• Experience 0-2 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network for referrals from officials, builders, engineers, retailers and developers.
• Propagate company schemes in commercial, industrial, educational and service establishments; carry out activities.
• Conduct events in the premises of identified establishments.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets and promotional materials at targeted places.
• Network with traders associations and professional bodies for brand promotion.
• Identify construction projects in the local market through open market sourcing.
• Handle transactional sales and related operational/admin activities to meet targets.
• Analyze business trends and target figures to formulate new strategies.
• Screen proposals from prospects and communicate in-principle approval based on criteria in the Tab Application.
• Coordinate with Cluster Manager for appraisal, pre-sanction docs, formal approval and processing fee collection.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads from the following sources
  • Officials in the Town Planning office / Panchayat Offices
  • Small builders and contractors
  • Civil Engineers / Planners / Draftsmen
  • Hardware stores, dealers of building and construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand etc
  • Local Masons / petty contractors
  • Real estate and land developers
  • Real estate brokers
  • Officials in the sub-registrar office etc
• Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and in the market in the location an carryout the following activities
• Conduct events in the premises of such establishments
• Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments
• Network with traders association / professional association etc for promoting the brand, get the members list and do promotional campaigns
• Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing
• Responsible for transactional sales, Operational, administrative/support activities for achieving the set targets / objectives.
• Analyzing of business trends and target figures to formulate new strategies
• Initial screening of the proposal getting the application from the prospect and screening using the Tab Application’; Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the ‘Tab Application’
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer
