Job summary

Nilkanth Sink LLP is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to expand our Pune market. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven track record in sales within sanitaryware or related industries.

You will travel to client sites, develop dealers, and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, is target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in sanitaryware, bathware, CP fittings, kitchen sinks, building materials, or a related industry.
• Strong product knowledge and customer-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Good market development and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Quartz Sinks, CP Fittings, Bathware, and Sanitaryware.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Handle enquiries, follow-ups, order closing, and after-sales support.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily visit, customer, lead, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
