Role Description The Sales Officer role at K2 Construction Chemical is a full-time, on-site position based at Deoghar. The Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales activities, including meeting existing and potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending suitable construction chemical solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, managing channel partners and retailers, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Experience in Channel Sales, preferably in construction materials or related industries, with understanding of dealer and distributor networks.
• Basic knowledge of construction chemicals or building materials, or willingness to learn technical product details.
• Ability to work on-site in Santhal division, travel within the region as needed, and manage field activities independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Prior sales experience in building materials, or construction products is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
