Job Description

• Achieve primary and secondary sales target
• Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets
• Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in the market.
• Market working as per beat plan
• Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target
• Handling market complaints and providing early resolution
• Timely payment collections
• Timely and accurate filling up of DSR
• Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback
• Communicating the company’s USPs

Preferred Candidate

• Experience: 2 – 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company
• Good communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers, especially excel.
• Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.
