Job summary

Shalimar's is seeking a Sales Officer to manage General Trade (GT) sales in the specified Tamil Nadu territory, focusing on hair care, edible oils, spices, and coconut oil to grow market share and hit targets.

The role requires 2+ years in GT sales, a Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred), willingness to travel, and the ability to manage distributors and retailers, with a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives / bonuses; salary up to 5 lacs per annum.
