Job summary

Native Roots seeks a Sales Officer for Bangalore North-East (Marathahalli, Whitefield, Banaswadi, KR Puram, Sarjapura, etc.) to drive sales and build strong customer relationships within wholesale and retail channels.

You will manage routes, forecast monthly sales, and expand the customer base while delivering revenue growth and market presence. Requires 2+ years in FMCG/sales, MS Office proficiency, and language skills in Kannada and Hindi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in FMCG / Sales.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent relationship management & interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to speak Kannada and Hindi.

As a Sales Officer in Bangalore North-East Region (Marathahalli, Whitefield, Banaswadi, KR Puram, Sarjapura, etc), you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products in wholesale and retail channels
• Identifying routes and establishing connections for B2B sales
• Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
• Channel Management - Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Identifying Potential Customers for Company Products
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Ensure completion of a sale from order procurement to payment collection

Must Have Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in FMCG / Sales
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain
• Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
• Valid DL and spoken proficiency in Kannada, Hindi
