Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations Analytics.
• Experience in contact center, operations, marketplace, or e-commerce environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets; automate recurring reports.
• Prepare agent and Team Leader performance scorecards and publish incentive-related reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular validation and maintain reporting standards.

We are looking for a highly analytical MIS Analyst to support DriveX Direct Operations through reporting, business analytics, dashboard management, and process automation. The role will provide actionable insights to improve productivity, conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track and report agent-wise, city-wise, and process-wise performance across Seller Success, Retail, and Revenue operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, SLA adherence, and target achievement.
• Perform Target vs. Achievement analysis and publish business performance reports.

Business Analytics

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor funnel health across Lead -> Inspection -> Listing -> ATV -> Visit -> Retail and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
• Generate business insights and ad-hoc analysis for leadership reviews.

Dashboard & Automation

• Build and maintain automated dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Product and CRM teams to improve reporting and data visibility.

Performance Management

• Prepare agent and Team Leader performance scorecards.
• Calculate and validate monthly incentive payouts.
• Publish early warning reports for SLA breaches, KPI deviations, and operational risks.

Data Governance

• Ensure data accuracy through regular validation and audits.
• Maintain reporting standards and documentation.

Requirements

Experience & Qualification
