Job summary

Parekh Enterprises is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive for engineering polymers to drive new business in the Rajkot area. You will handle B2B field sales of engineering polymers and build relationships with customers across automotive, electrical, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Polymer Engineering and has 2–4 years of B2B sales/marketing experience, with good communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Polymer Engineering (Mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• Experience in engineering polymers, plastics, chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Handle B2B field sales of engineering polymers / plastic raw materials.
• Regularly visit customers, industries and potential accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable polymer grades.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
