ANR International, a chemical and polymer trading company in Delhi, seeks a Polymer Sales Executive to grow the polymer business with converters and manufacturers.

You will handle PVC suspension and low-K resins, PE grades, manage new and existing accounts, hit monthly targets, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch. Fluency in English and Hindi is expected, with GST and credit terms experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in polymers or industrial chemical distribution.
• Knowledge of PVC resin grades (suspension grade and K-value) and PE applications.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• GST, credit terms, and order-to-dispatch knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for PVC and PE range (converters, processors, manufacturers).
• Grow existing accounts with repeat orders and long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by volume and margin.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate price and credit terms, and close orders.
• Coordinate with purchase/import and logistics on stock, pricing, and dispatch.
• Track market prices, grade availability, and competitor activity; share market intelligence.
• Maintain CRM records of customers, leads, and orders; report to the manager.

ABOUT ANR INTERNATIONAL

ANR International is a chemical and polymer trading company supplying a broad range of polymers and industrial chemicals to manufacturers and converters across India. We are seeking an experienced Polymer Sales Executive to expand our polymer business and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Polymer Sales Executive is responsible for selling our polymer range Suspension-Grade PVC resin, Low-K PVC resin, and Polyethylene (PE) —to converters and manufacturers. The role spans new-business development, keyaccount management, target achievement, and market intelligence.

PRODUCTS YOU WILL HANDLE

• PVC — Suspension Grade: suspension-polymerised PVC resin, specified by K-value.
• PVC — Low K: lower K-value resin used in injection moulding, fittings, and easy-flow applications.
• Polyethylene (PE): HDPE / LDPE / LLDPE grades for film, moulding, pipe, and allied applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, approach, and develop new customers (converters, processors, and manufacturers) for our PVC and PE range.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring repeat orders and strong long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across volume and margin.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate price and credit terms, and close orders.
• Coordinate with the purchase / import and logistics teams on stock availability, pricing, and timely dispatch.
• Track market prices, grade availability, and competitor activity; share regular market intelligence with the team.
• Manage payment follow-ups and customer credit within approved limits.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and order records in the company CRM and report to the reporting manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in polymers, plastic raw materials, or industrial chemical distribution.
• Sound knowledge of PVC resin grades (suspension grade and K-value) and polyethylene (PE) applications.
• Existing network of converters / plastic manufacturers is a strong advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma / Degree in Plastics, Polymer, or Chemical engineering preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; fluency in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with market travel and client visits.
• Working knowledge of GST, credit terms, and the order-to-dispatch cycle.

PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience selling to specific end-use segments (pipes, fittings, film, moulding).
• Familiarity with import / domestic polymer pricing and landed-cost calculations.
• Comfort with CRM tools and MS Excel
