Job summary

Gitex Solutions is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive outbound sales in Davanagere. You'll handle calls in English and Kannada, identify opportunities, demo products, and close deals. Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset are welcome; 1 year of experience is preferred.

You will report daily on leads and conversions and collaborate with internal teams to hit targets. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, basic accounting understanding, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Graduate, extra sales/marketing certs advantageous.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales confidence may apply.
• Experience in Telecaller or Sales/Customer Support is beneficial.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Handle outbound calls and communicate clearly in English & Kannada. Proficiency in additional regional languages is an added advantage.
• 2. Actively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and product demonstrations.
• 3. Work as a Sales & Marketing Executive across Davangere city.
• 4. Understand basic accounting concepts and demonstrate excellent communication & convincing abilities.
• 5. Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing preferred. (Freshers with strong communication and sales confidence can also apply.)
• 6. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, trends, and competition.
• 7. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• 8. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• 9. Maintain daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• 10. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
• 11. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 12. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Any Degree / Graduate (extra certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage).
• 2. Prior experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or Customer Support role is beneficial.
• 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• 4. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet sales targets.
• 5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills.
